Serving families.

Love Just is was created in honor of and as a legacy of Justis Emory Samuel McBee.  It exists to serve families who are in need during illness, disability, or physical death.

Our primary focus is assisting families who have a child with an illness or disability.  We also assist families in which a parent is battling an illness or disability that could threaten the strength of their family.  Sometimes our support shows up in the form of ideas on finding assistance, connecting with others who have walked a similar journey, and/or connecting with professionals who deal with their circumstances. Often times it involves coordinating financial resources.  Establishing a contact point between those who want give and serve with those who are currently in need. 

Usually we are able to serve a family best in easing the financial burdens that seem to mount quickly during these types of adversities. Assisting with medial payments in addition to regular living expenses.  We are committed to making sure the families we work with know that they are not alone and that they will weather the storm they are facing with the support of a community of people who love them.

We have a special burden for families who are enduring the experience of having a child die.  We offer emotional support as well as practical ideas to fully touch the depths of such an experience.  From a loving listening ear, to resources for grave markers and caskets.  If you are currently in the perils of the death of a child, please contact us.

We also offer ideas and resources to family members who have a close relative facing the situations mentioned above.  We have found sometimes people want to offer help to the loved ones, but are not sure exactly what would be helpful.  Sometimes the best help is to assist with financial need, other times it costs more, like offering to stay the night with a very ill person or cleaning the house of a parent who simply can’t find it in themselves to care about a dirty dish.  Sometimes the seemingly simplest things can mean the most to a person who is hurting. Contributions are deductible under section 170 of the Code.
